Assassination as a Tool of Fascism
Featuring: John Judge
The Fourth Reich in U.S. America Conference, 1988

Brett McCabe: I would like to introduce now, a man who is very well known as an independent investigator and author. He’s worked for 20 years to expose US government involvement in mind control and murder. John Judge has also investigated the history of Fascism and political assassination and cover-up from Nazi Germany to John F. Kennedy to Jonestown, Guyana. He works to expose US plans for concentration camps and genocide, here and abroad. He has had articles published in Critique, Utne Reader, Madness Network News, and Overthrow. and has spoken on these topics on radio, television, and in public forums since l968. So, without wasting any more time, I introduce to you, John Judge. [loud applause]

John Judge: Thank you. I started this work, really, in a sense, when I started to visit the Pentagon library. My parents, my mother and father, and my aunt who I lived with, worked as civilian employees in the Pentagon, and they used to take me in when I was a kid. And by the 6th grade, I had a 12th grade reading level, because I went to this private school, where they kind of pushed us. So they would drop me off in the library for the day, and I used to go through the stuff in there, because I was, you know, 10-11 years old, nobody seemed to care much what I was looking at. [giggles]. And I found it pretty interesting.

And one of the things I figured out back then, because I was interested in UFOs, was that they were really government spy craft, and not extraterrestrial craft from some other place. And for those of you who wanted them to be extraterrestrial, maybe a few of them were. But most of them were a Nazi secret weapon that was developed in the aerospace caves outside of Berlin, and seen by the GIs when they came in, along with the jet engines. And it was a technology that was kept secret. Like William S. Burroughs says, “If this was the Middle Ages, and Magellen was an American, and we sailed around the planet and found out it was round instead of flat, we wouldn’t tell anybody so we could attack from the rear.” [loud laughter]

So, I really began the research and the work there. And I like to research, I like to read. And I would go to these cocktail parties in my neighborhood around Christmas time, and the guy across the street sold all the weapons to Howard Hughes, and the next door neighbor was CIA, and two doors down was NASA, and those were my neighbors in Falls Church, VA when I grew up, and they would get a little stewed, and they’d talk about business.

And I thought it was all pretty strange, but I didn’t have any reason to question that there was a secret government, because I lived with that secret government. And you get Bill Moyers now, and he tells you, “Well, there’s a legitimate government, but from time to time, to do a certain job, they hire a rather unseemly crew, and sometimes they get a little out of control and make trouble.”

I’d suggest it’s the other way around: that the real government are the people that are doing the killing, and that they hire the people in the three piece suits to stand up and make you think you’ve got a democracy in front of you. Don’t you think that’s what it is? [loud, assenting cheers and applause]

See, because the real government kills people, and that’s part of how it stays in power. Now, if you go back to the period at the end of the Weimar Republic, in the late 20s and the early 30s, before Hitler rose to power, you’ll find a pattern of political assassinations.

It’s depicted, interestingly, in Ingmar Bergman’s probably least distributed film, The Serpent’s Egg. And, the people that begin to die are the labor leaders, the political activists, the musicians. The people who might have an effective public voice, and might stand against the Fascism, begin to die in large numbers. And the German police admitted that these were political assassinations. But they said they couldn’t solve them. They couldn’t make the historical link to what was happening, or they could but were paid not to, like many of the investigations that we have now in this country. They couldn’t solve those murders.

They couldn’t hook them to the most obvious suspects, which were the members of the Freikorps from WWI: the trained and paid assassins from that period, who were helping to pave the way for Hitler, and for the end of the political opposition there. And there was plenty of it. I mean there was quite a bit of socialist/communist organizing in that period. Marx’s vision of the world was that the first countries to make the change would be these industrialized countries, like Germany, and so most of the people that were continuing the Bolshevik revolution in those years, moved forward with that.

The idea of the political assassinations and their origins really go back to l9l8. Not that no one was killed earlier; I certainly don’t suggest that. But in terms of what we’re dealing with in the current period, most of this is a reaction to that revolution, to that change of power there in Russia, and in some of the other countries, in that period of time, in the early 1900s.

And in response to that there were monarchists, there were industrialists, there were people that owned a tremendous amount of wealth, both here in the United States and in the industrialized countries in Europe, who had a vested interest in reversing that. Just as Reagan seems so focused on changing the situation in Nicaragua, there were people then who had very definite reasons not to want that kind of social change (that would redistribute wealth, or privilege, or power, to the extent that it did, or was able to) to happen where they were. They wanted to maintain their privileges.

And they had societies, they had groups that they formed. One of them was the Solidarists, made up of a link between the emerging Fascists and the neo-Nazis. Another core of reactionaries existed within the Vatican and the Roman Catholic Church: Opus Dei, “The Works of God,” was newly emerging on that scale. And then another group that had been known as the Knights Hospitaliers, that were the military arm of the Church during the Crusades, who became the Knights of Malta. And these were lay aristocracies within the Church. People that still believed that there shouldn’t have been a Counter-Reformation, that thought that the Inquisition should have continued. People that used flagellation and hair shirts for prayer. People sort of like the the Christian Right that we talked about earlier today, with a few more excesses, and a lot more money.

And, it was in the interests of these people to have stories about visions of the Virgin Mary coming, to Fatima, in the early 1900s and telling them that God was against communism, so that the Church would be against communism, and take up that struggle.

Elements of the state, and elements of the rich, and the monarchies that still existed, formed a bond of interest. And, in large part, one of the motivating people, who went around and collected their monies, and their energies, in order to reverse the revolutionary change in Russia, was Herbert Hoover, who spent actually more time in Europe than he did in the United States. He was also later responsible for the formation of the ideas that led into the National Security Council, and the National Security State.

And, part of what happened, was that the Romanoff treasury, which was stolen and secreted out of the country, was then turned around along with money collected by Hoover and these monarchists and others, to finance the rearmament of Germany, secretly, from l918 to l932. And, it’s that rearmament, that then gave them the impetus to set up the drive to essentially get back the Soviet Union. And only because that drive was defeated at tremendous human cost—about 20 million lives in Russia and those countries, some of the worst killing went on there, and the civilians also, but tremendous cost—they were militarily stopped in l943.

And, at that point, a different position was taken by some of the Allied countries. There were divisions within the class, as to how much money should have been expended on these Fascists. There were others there who supported them, but it was time to regroup. It was time to back off a little, to try to and get what they had together. The resources were more or less expended in the effort to set up a permanent war economy, which Charles Wilson from General Electric talked about. And to go into what they called the “Cold War,” or “low intensity warfare,” and genocide against Third World people, while they continued to build the empire and maintain the hegemony. And to re-establish the Fourth Reich, the Fascism, not only here in the United States, but throughout the world.

And part of that involved moving those Nazis all over the world. Moving those Fascists. And not all the Germans were Fascists, and not all the Fascists were German. There were Japanese Fascists, if you remember. Some of them seem to be still in control today. There was a kind of veiled threat, recently, from the Prime Minister of Japan, that the forces that operated in WWII hadn’t forgotten what the US did to them; and that they were ready to rise back up if we didn’t stop messing around on these trade issues for the international exchange. So, the threat of them, you know, is still there. We talk a lot about Nuremberg, but much less about the Japanese war crime trials.

And it’s known now, for instance, that when MacArthur’s group went in, and they found evidence of the POWs being experimented on with chemical and biological weapons by the Japanese, that they let all the scientists that did those war crimes off the hook, in exchange for the information that they could give them about how the weapons worked. So that, to them, was a fair trade.

Many of those scientists, many of the munitions and aerospace experts, many of the spies, (about 300 of them in fact, under General Reinhard Gehlen, who had headed up Hitler’s intelligence network for the east and the Soviet Union) were brought, from l943, up until even more recently in the present day, into the United States, and into other countries around the world, South Africa included. There’s quite a bit of collaboration between the South African government and WWII Fascists and Nazis.

But the Fascism was an indigenous problem in many, many countries. It didn’t just exist in Nazi Germany. There were groups of Fascists that the Nazi’s were able to use in many countries, as collaborationist governments.

And the real hidden history of WWII was, in fact, the defeat, in many places, of those forces by more progressive elements. By people who were, out of reasons of patriotism, or out of a more progressive political philosophy, bound and determined to take back some freedom. And that’s a history that hasn’t had as much play as the standard version of the Allied powers: these empires getting together to defeat these things, the actual struggles of the resistance to Fascism in the different countries, and what role that played.

Assassination was always a tool for them not only the mass death, but the individual death, of the people that could make a difference, of the politicians that might make a change, of the people that stood in the way. And they perfected those techniques, and those techniques were brought here and used in the United States. So that when Mae Brussell did her work with the Warren Commission, and I spent several years reading the volumes, and going into depth (and I went through about 300 cubic feet of material in the Archives) we found those people in the Commission Record. In key places. And I’ll just talk to you about a few of them, so you can get a sense of who these people are that I’m talking about, and how they would play in.

One important one is an American, in fact, an American Fascist, by the name of John J. McCloy. McCloy was a Rockefeller banking lawyer. I saw Marcel Ophuls who did some of the films on the Nuremberg situation, The Sorrow and the Pity, and Memory of Justice, at a public talk, and someone came up and asked him about McCloy, “Is he connected to the internationals?” And Ophuls said, “It would be more accurate to say the internationals are connected to him.”

There was a very good article some years ago in Harpers about him, “Minister without Portfolio,” that began to go into his background, all the way back to the 1920s, when he was sent over to Germany to check about WWI sabotage activities, and ended up friends with some of Hitler’s early cronies, and met Hitler, and stayed in that area for some time. He was connected to Sullivan and Cromwell, a Rockefeller banking firm that kept it’s German investments going even after the mass deaths of the Jews started in Germany. They had investments there that they didn’t want to back off from.

McCloy eventually got into a position in the government where he was the Under-Secretary of War. Somebody pointed out to me earlier that l947-48 is also when we changed from “Secretary of War,” to “Secretary of Defense.” And just that little word change is enough propaganda to make clear what’s happening.

John J. McCloy, among other things, during the period when he was Under-Secretary of War, was responsible, along with Earl Warren, and a fellow named S. Dillon Reed, for the set-up of the Japanese concentration camps in the United States and the internment of Japanese, not German, or White peoples, but Japanese people here. A lot of them lived out here in California, and you may know some of the history of the different concentration camps that were out here. People lost their property and their money. McCloy still speaks openly against any reparations for those people, and believes it was proper that he had them locked up and treated the way that they were during the war.

It’s also interesting that he worked on that with Earl Warren, who later shows up, along with McCloy on the Warren Commission, to study the investigation of John Kennedy’s death. He’s one of the main members of the seven member Committee that helped to cover up the death of John F. Kennedy.

John J. McCloy also, in his position in the government, blocked efforts by the Jewish community here in America, to have something done about the Nazi concentration camps. We knew they were there, we knew where they were. The Jews wanted the camps bombed, or they wanted the railroads going to the camps bombed, something, to stop the progress of the machinery of death in the Jewish community there. And his response at the time was that it would lead to “reparations against the Jews.” One has to wonder what they could have been. But he refused to go along with those plans.

Then after the war when we came in militarily, we set up a fellow named Gen. Lucius Clay who also cut deals with many of these top Nazi elements. Then Lucius Clay’s military occupation government was replaced by a transitional, but civil, government of the Allied powers that would then lead eventually into the earliest post-war German government. And who oversaw that transition? McCloy, as the High Commissioner of Germany. In that position, he reversed some of the few convictions that happened at the Nuremberg trials. Only eight war criminals were sentenced to death, for all the destruction that was done in that war. Only eight. Some were given prison sentences and almost all of those were out within a few years, in large part because of McCloy’s intervention.

Of course, the trials were also undermined. One of the key people that undermined evidence and lost witnesses in that trial, working with the US Army was later to go on into the International Cross, International Rescue Division. That was one of a number of agencies, the Vatican also had a line for this, that provided false identification to the Nazi war criminals to help them move internationally. That International Rescue Committee is still dominated by CIA and right wing elements. But at that time they were providing the “Glockenspiel,” the false identity cards.

Then this fellow who moved in to that position came to Texas. He was with a CIA front, a foundation called M. Anderson for many, many years. He was the special liaison between the Texas police investigation and the Warren Commission investigation of John Kennedy’s death. In that capacity he blocked any effective local study of the death or local news from getting to the Warren Commission.

There were a number of years when he was with Anderson. We don’t hear of him, and then he reappears as the “most trusted man in America,” according to the press, during the Watergate fiasco in order to pardon Nixon. His name is Leon Jaworski.

OK, so these people move throughout the history. I’m trying to give you some feel, or some examples, of how these people move. McCloy pardons all these key Nazis. He pardons Krupp, he pardons Walter Dornberger, and these other top people are off the hook because of his intervention. Then, not only do they come here, but he continues to function right up to the current day. I mean, Reagan, at the time he went to Bitburg, had a White House ceremony for some of them. The German government came and gave these awards to John J. McCloy for his excellent work there, in the period when we were supposed to be de-Nazifing Germany. And in fact we were leading to the Nazification of the world, including America.

Another example would be that scientist I just mentioned, Walter Dornberger. He was a General, and he was responsible, essentially, for helping Werhner von Braun and the rocket program get whatever it wanted during the war. He was also responsible for being part of the administration of the Dora concentration camp, where Jews and other slave labor were worked to death building, at a tremendous pace, these V1 and V2 rockets that were being used against the civilian population in England. There were heinous examples—besides the level of the labor, and the forced labor—of public hangings and other types of war criminality there at Dora. All these people nowadays either aren’t asked. I mean, I think they’ve got one sentence in one piece of footage of Werhner von Braun, our fabulous rocket scientist, talking about Dora, saying some little piece about the conditions in the mines, you know, “ . . . weren’t that bad.”

The fact is, that they were there. They were in an administrative capacity. But, because after the war we wanted their expertise, we brought over a thousand of these scientists and their families. They were down in Huntsville, Alabama. I don’t know if you’ve ever been there. The Chamber of Commerce is named after Werhner von Braun. It has big pictures of all these Nazis and their families with their hands up, taking their oath of American citizenship. And they’re proud of the Nazis they brought in. I guess to get two on the moon, it’s worth 30 million dead, huh?

One of them built the Saturn 5 rocket, and only just recently got chased out of the country, much to the chagrin of Lyndon LaRouche and his crew, who are fighting to get him back in. That’s Walter Rudolph, who helped to get us to the moon. And the Germans credit themselves with getting us to the moon. And without them, these Nazis, we wouldn’t have done it. Of course they say they weren’t “ardent” Nazis, whatever that means. They weren’t involved in the war crimes. But, they were there, they were in the position to do something, to speak out. And when asked they say, “Well, if I’d spoken out, I would have been in the camps with the Jews myself, so what could I have done?”

And, Dornberger was actually scheduled for indictment. The British prosecutor, Shawcross, said that he ought to hang. He was suspected of having worked, not only at Dora, but with the “Butcher” at Auschwitz, at the Auschwitz concentration camp. And, instead, when Werhner von Braun got here, to the United States, he said that he wouldn’t do any work on our rockets unless we saved his mentor, his old friend, Walter Dornberger. So, McCloy and Lucius Clay intervened on his behalf, and he was brought directly to the United States. First, he got a job in Huntsville, I think at Mussel Shoals, with NASA for a little bit. And then he got into a position that he kept for many, many years, where he headed up the helicopter systems division at Bell Aircraft, in the Dallas/Houston area.

And it was in that position that he hired, during the l950s and 60s, a top-ranking military intelligence agent, by the name of Michael Paine. Michael Paine had a wife, Ruth Paine, and the two of them were very tight with the White Russian Solidarist community that lived in Dallas. Many of these White Russians, and I say the history of these Nazis dates back to the time of the Revolution. They’re disaffected. Many of them worked with the CIA and other spy agencies, and Paine’s family had connections with them.

They went to a White Russian Orthodox church there, in Dallas, that was built with monies from the Cummins Catherwood Fund from Philadelphia, One of the blue-line families out in Philadelphia., Cummins Catherwood also funded the Cuban Aid Relief, for the Bay of Pigs survivors, who were intimately involved in the assassination. It was at that church that meetings happened, in the Christmas of the early 60s, between the Paine’s and the Oswald’s.

It was the Paine’s that housed Marina Oswald, out in Irving, Texas. It was the Paine’s, along with Marina, who were some of the few people to testify to the idea that Oswald owned a rifle. It was Ruth Paine that got Oswald the job at the Book Depository, in October, and placed him, in part, as the patsy there. It was her friend, Roy Truly, who lied to the police, and said that they had taken a roll call and that Oswald was the only one missing from the building, at the time they came in to find the so-called assassin. Even though everybody else looked in a different direction to where the noise had come from, up on the Grassy Knoll, the police ran to where they were supposed to, to the School Book Depository.

So, when you scratch the surface of how they set it up, who told the lies, who engineered the “patsying” of Oswald, you find these people with the connections to the International Fascists.

Werhner von Braun, knowing that the Russians, the Soviet troops, were going to come into Berlin, packed up shop at Dora, where he was building the rockets. He moved into Switzerland, leaving a trail for US Intelligence, that had contacted him and other scientists months before, in something called Operation Overcast. When he got up into that area, General Thurston, who was in charge of the military takeover for that sector, followed through with the arrangements to have him and several other scientists arrested and brought to the United States.

The person who actually effected the arrests, the physical arrests, of Werhner von Braun and the rocket scientists, the Paperclip boys (they called it Project Paperclip, to bring these people in) was the aide-de-camp to Thurston, a fellow named Clay Shaw.

Years later, Jim Garrison attempted to indict Clay Shaw, for his involvement in the assassination of John F. Kennedy. And Clay Shaw, among other things, was on the board of directors of a firm called Permindex, which had offices at that time out of Canada. Where they were doing training, along with British intelligence, of assassins, all during WWII. It was work that involved, among other people, Ian Fleming. And in fact, Ian Fleming’s character, James Bond, is a real person that lives in Philadelphia, and is very close to the Cummins Catherwood family.

So, whenever I began to look, I found these little nests of snakes. They intertwine, you know, they lock together, and their histories coincide. They send each other books and messages, they know each other, they get each other jobs.

Another person with connections to the Nazis, who was very instrumental in the assassination, is George DeMohrenschildt. He came from a reactionary family in Russia, his father was a top level employee of the Nobel oil family, which was like the Rockefellers here, prior to the Revolution. They lost their fortune there. His brother, Von DeMohrenschildt, was jailed by the Revolution for a period. When they got loose they went to Germany. They helped the Fascists set up. Von went into the CIA-funded Tolstoy Foundation, which was a center for the White Russians during the whole period. And George DeMohrenschildt was an oil engineer. Among other places that he worked, and was close to, was Kerr-McGee (he was tight with Mr. Kerr) where Karen Silkwood was later killed by the Industrial Security Command guards. That Defense Industrial Security Command was running Mussel Shoals and Huntsville, Alabama, when the Nazis arrived.

You see, it just goes over and over, back and forth. You can find the connections if you start with the evidence. If you look to see who are these people, who do they know, how are they funded? And I saw it not only there, but through out the other assassinations. Who were the top lieutenants in Jonestown? All were tied in with the Nazi money, with the International Fascism, the training, or the movements of the Nazis themselves.

I wanted you to see this before I quit. This is a documentary film made by a fellow named Robert Grodin. He worked at Life magazine, in the photo department, when this film came from Dallas. This supposedly “homemade” film was made by a fellow named Abraham Zapruder, who was a by-stander, that “happened” to be standing near the Grassy Knoll, filming the motorcade go by. And he caught, on this little piece of film, supposedly just by accident, the assassination of John F. Kennedy. Well, the reason I’m making all these secondary comments, is that we found out when Abraham Zapruder died, that he’s a White Russian. That he was from that same section there in Minsk, where George DeMohrenschildt and Marina’s family came from. Marina’s uncle was a high-ranking military officer in the NKVD, but her family was White Russian, and anti-communist. And Gehlen infiltrated a lot of the KGB and Soviet military and intelligence structures during the war, and left agents in place. There’s reason to believe that a number of people that were involved with Oswald, even in the Soviet Union, also tie to this International Fascism; and not to the idea that Oswald was some kind of a KGB agent. He was a Naval Intelligence operative. He had crypto clearance, he travelled around with the U-2, and he was a US spy. He was sent to defect falsely to the Soviet Union.

He got out of the Marines (you try this), because a box fell on his mother’s nose nine months before. And the letter documenting her “nasopharyngitis” (which means it was swollen) condition, arrived 4 days after the discharge. But the number from the discharge sheet, appeared a month before, on his passport out of the country. You see, so he was set to go.

And he was sent by the military, because there were no civilian flights, when he went from Helsinki into the area. Nothing but a military flight could have explained his passage.

Also, when he was ready to come home, he’d met Marina four times in his life, and he married her the fourth time he met her. And then he took her out of the country. But of course they could get her to lie, because she still didn’t have her citizenship in ’63; they could have sent her right back.

And so what they had her do was say that she didn’t speak English, and she spoke Russian, and they brought in George Bouhe and Raigorodsky and these other CIA translators. [laughter] And in case the the translator didn’t translate the Russian just right, all the people stenotyping at that point, taking minutes, were on maternity leave from the CIA. [laughter]

And then, of course, all the lawyers asking the questions were chosen in a meeting, the minutes of which are still buried in the National Archives as “National Security” matter until 2039. But I’m sure they weren’t chosen just because they were under A’s or B’s in the phone book.

It’s like when James McCord, a 21 year top man, operative with the CIA, gets caught at Watergate because he puts a second piece of tape on the door (that’s what he calls his book, A Second Piece of Tape) Well, you know, if you go down and find that somebody’s removed the tape, you’ve got to cheese the operation and get out of the building. He puts another piece of tape on, and when Wills comes around on the second round, he has to report it. So, McCord’s in there to make sure they get arrested, His guy Baldwin across the street doesn’t warn anybody. But when McCord needs a lawyer for Watergate, he goes out and he gets this guy Bernard Fensterwald, who heads up something called the Committee to Investigate Assassinations. Which he uses the mnemonic, the CTIA. I wrote him a letter, and said, “You know, in mnemonics, pronouns don’t get a letter. It’s really CIA, isn’t it Bud?” [laughter].

And then it comes out in the Watergate hearing, that McCord was donating money to the CTIA. You know, he’s a conspiracy nut too, I guess. [laughter] Or else, maybe the CIA was paying Fensterwald to find out what everybody knows. Sherman Skolnik challenged him, in 1972 at a meeting. He said,“You know, when a CIA guy gets sick, he goes to a CIA doctor. When he needs money he goes to the CIA bank. When he needs a lawyer, he goes to Edward Bennett Williams, doesn’t he?”

After that, Fensterwald was the lawyer for Paisley’s wife, the guy who drowned in the drink, in the Potomoc, and was part of the Nysenko debriefing, a CIA agent. Although, they say he committed suicide He put diving weights on, if this is true, shot himself in the head, threw the gun overboard, and then leapt to his death. Skolnik says he drowned, cause all the water rushed in the hole in his head. [laughter]

I was looking for an article this morning about a suicide, that was actually reported in the press from Baltimore, where a guy committed suicide, get this, by hitting himself 38 times in the head with a hammer. And the police were there demonstrating to the press how he might have done it. Thirty-eight times, what a headache.

My best one, came over the news about a year ago. They said the police had determined suicide in a case where the body parts were wrapped in a bag. And the bag was tied from the outside. I mean, Houdini’s got nothing on this guy. [laughter]

So when you look at the pathology, which is what I do, and the nuts and bolts, the bullets, and what direction do they go, and where do they come from, and who shot them; just the police work, that’s all you have to do. That’s all you have to get. I mean, they hide it from you a little bit, but you can piece it together. Then you know, that it didn’t happen the way they told you.

I mean, when you go into the evidence of the John F. Kennedy assassination, you’ll find that Oswald didn’t own a rifle; he didn’t own a pistol. He didn’t fire a gun that day. There were no nitrate samples on the cheeks or on his palms. He didn’t shoot a gun, he didn’t kill anybody.

Then you go to the witness testimony and the photographic evidence, and you find out he wasn’t on the sixth floor, and couldn’t have gotten down the stairwell to the first or second floor, to be buying a coke, when the cop stuck a gun in his stomach in the first round of interchange, a few minutes after the shooting. Seven people saw him watching the motorcade go by, on the first floor, as Kennedy was being shot. And we have a photo, James Altgen’s photo, of him standing in the doorway. Of course the Warren Commission said it was somebody else. But all you have to do is compare that guy’s description of his shirt, to the shirt that Oswald has on there, and the one he’s got on when he’s arrested. It’s Oswald. You can tell. I’m not a photo expert, but you can see his face, hairline, and everything else is the same. He was what he said he was: a patsy.

And then, even if you say he’s up there, and shooting, with this Mannlicher-Carcano, the bullets can’t do the damage. And it’s the same thing every time I look at it.

The Robert Kennedy case is the same. I noticed that they even use the same language when they testify. There’s this phrase they use. They say, “The bullet is consistent with having been fired from the weapon.” Now, that’s not a ballistic term. You know, ballistics can tell you, pretty much, as long as they’ve got the bullet relatively intact, whether it came from that specific gun. Because of the scratches on it, the rifling, and what type of bullet it is. All that “consistent with having been fired from the weapon” means, is that the bullet is not too big to get through the barrel. The caliber is either equal to, or smaller than, the gun caliber, of the barrel. It won’t get stuck.

And the way I finally realized that that didn’t mean anything, was in an affidavit in the Sacco and Vanzetti trial. Where the sheriff testified “Yes” when they asked him was the bullet in the guard at Braintree consistent with Sacco’s gun. And he said that it was. And then he filed an affidavit later, saying that he didn’t want to be misunderstood; that he was instructed by the judge to answer just “yes” or “no” and that all he meant was that the bullet would get through the barrel. But that same phrase is in the Robert Kennedy trial transcript, it’s in the Warren Commission ballistic evidence.

Just to take one more example, when Reinhard Gehlen came here, many of his 300 operatives were funneled through a section of the Defense Department known as the Army Historical Division. Because they, especially George Patton, were busy hiring Nazis, to help them write the official history of WWII. So both Nazi war criminals and Nazi historians were channeled in through this, and then fed into the beginnings of the CIA, which was formed by Gehlen and his organization. And into Radio Free America, Radio Free Europe. The engines of the National Security State and the Cold War logic were a lie.

When the Warren Commission investigators had finished their work, and they went to write the Report, they didn’t take any of the attorneys or any of the people that they had essentially, already bought off to do a phoney investigation. They wanted to make sure there was nothing in that Report that would go wrong. And when I went into the Archives, about 300 cubic feet of the minutes from the meetings were notes, voluminous notes, from those 5 different staff investigative teams, to the Warren Commission, in relation to the final report, which they had read. And the notes say, “What’s his basis for this conclusion? What’s the evidence for this?” Line after line, even the liars couldn’t go as far as the author of the Warren Commission Report had gone. But the report went out intact. Hale Boggs asked in one of the meetings whether they should print any of the evidence.

“I guess, you know,” Boggs said, “It might look a little fishy if we didn’t.”

“Go ahead and print it,” Dulles said, “Nobody will read it anyway.”

And Boggs said, “A few of those people out there know how to read.”

I doubt he meant me, but here I am.

And when you do read it, you can find it out. But the person that actually wrote the report is a fellow named Otto Winnacker. He was on TDY, transfer from the Pentagon to the Warren Commission, to do that job. He was also, historically, one of 26 official historians of the Reich, who worked directly under the Reichschancellor, Adolph Hitler, and was brought here, into the United States.

When Gehlen finished setting up the CIA here, he went back to Germany, and helped set up the post-war German, NATO, and French intelligence structures that rule the reactionary politics in those countries, and in Europe today, and that command our constant military presence there. Forty years after the war’s supposed to be over.

He was replaced in large part, at that point, by Otto von Bolschwing. Otto Albrecht Alfred von Bolschwing, who had been Adolph Eichmann’s superior at the Hebrew desk for the movement of the Jews, and the Final Solution, and the killings and the planning. But he was never tried in Nazi Germany. He was just allowed to slip through the cracks, like many of them, and ended up here, in the United States. He helped form a corporation called TCI, with Edwin Wilson, Helena von Damm, and with other people connected to the intelligence agencies, as one of many front companies, out here in California. When it went bankrupt, it sold it’s largest subsidiary to Albert Hakim and Richard Secord, and that subsidiary became Stanford Technology Trading Group, and Trading Group International. These were their fronts, during that time.

And the financing, if you remember, of North’s operation, was through Credit Suisse. Well Credit Suisse was set up as a bank, in the l940s, as the funnel and conduit for Permindex. It was the banking firm to take care of Permindex’s international operations.

And just recently, when I was reading Tennessee Waltz, by James Earl Ray, where he names the person in Canada that introduced him to the mysterious character Raoul, who set him up as the patsy. He says that that’s a person named David Gravier. Well, David Gravier is an international financier, connected to American Banking and Trust, which itself is a major subsidiary of, guess who? Credit Suisse. Where did he meet him? In Canada, where Permindex was located. See, so you’ll find the connections going back certain firms, certain cover.

The current world cover for the training of these assassins, I believe, is an evangelical right-wing organization, known as World Vision. Among it’s employees at the Fort Chaffee Refugee Camp, it was running for Laotian, Thai and Vietnamese refugees, was a young man named Mark David Chapman; responsible for the death of a very political musician who could have brought a million people out in response to Reagan’s war efforts in a single day, named John Lennon.

Mark David Chapman had military training. He was in Beirut, interestingly enough, when military training was going on there by Wilson and Terpil. And he moved to Hawaii, worked for the large military firms. You’ll remember he took a military stance at the time. The chairman of the board in those days, of World Vision, was none other than John W Hinckley, Sr. The funding for World Vision, was primarily, during the Vietnam period, CIA, directly funding it. They now still admit 5% coming through USAID, which was the cover. And they operated in all of Southeast Asia, collecting information on Laotians, Cambodians and others, under the cover of this missionary work. They were in charge of the refugee camps at Sabra and Shatilla, when the Fascist Phalange came in and killed the Palestinians. They are in charge of the refugee camps along the Honduran border for the Central Americans, where the Contras are allowed to go in and actively recruit. They run the physical operation in the camps for the Cuban and Haitian refugees here in the United States. And it was at those camps, you remember, there were riots. Well, part of what started that riots was that they brought into those camps a political education program, that if you didn’t attend, you didn’t eat. And the people that ran that program for the Cubans, were none other than Alpha 66 and Omega 7. The Cuban reactionaries left over from the Bay of Pigs invasion.

And, these international refugee communities they started in the 50s, I went back to their earliest populations, were really just attempts to manipulate people that were in Communist countries who were reactionary, and were running from the situations or the changes in those countries. Refugee populations are expendable; they’re manipulable. Part of the history of Jonestown is the history of refugees, cause a lot of the reason they went to Matthew’s Ridge is that they wanted cheap labor there.

But I found the same names cropping up, the same modus operandii, the same monies, and I’ve only named a few of them, throughout not only the major assassinations (the Kennedys, Martin Luther King, the Chappaquidik incident, where Ted Kennedy was set up and Mary Jo was killed, the murder of Jessica Savitch, a number of these situations I’ve worked on) but also many of the witness that died (75 strange witness death in John Kennedy case, 80 each, or around that, each, in both Martin Luther King and the Robert Kennedy, another 35-40 strange deaths connected with Watergate, the Second House Select Committee on Assassinations) And a lot of the people that we knew were involved in the original research started to drop dead. There’s people dropping dead now, during the Contragate investigation. It’s a constant pattern: the witnesses are wiped out.

And when you go into the specifics: who did they know, or where they were, who was around them, or who helped set them up, you will find, I believe, (if you do the work, and I encourage you to do it on the things that you’re interested in) people that have connections to Navy Intelligence. That’s the central place where these people operated from, on the command level. You’ll find people otherwise involved in the US intelligence agencies. And you’ll find people either with direct ties to Nazi Germany, or with connections to current Fascist International networks that grew out of that period.

But those Nazis came here, they formed our foreign policy. There’s a couple of new books out. If you haven’t had a chance to see them, you should get them. This is by Bower, from a British publisher, it’s called the The Paperclip Conspiracy, and it’s about the hunt for the Nazi scientists. There’s an earlier book by Clarence Lasby, Project Paperclip, that’s very good, but these are recent ones, with some new information.

And this very good book by Chris Simpson. All these still miss pieces, or perspective, but this is called Blowback, which is an intelligence term for negative effects from a covert operation, America’s recruitment of Nazis, and it’s effects on the Cold War.

All these things are available It’s not impossible to get this information. I think you need to focus a little bit.

What I’m suggesting is that there’s this history of the Fascism moving; that assassination has been it’s long-term technique, for certain political purposes; and that it’s time you took a look around you. Because they are killing us. They’re not killing all of us. But they’re killing people not just at the top government levels, but all the way down to the activists, and the people who are going to try to make a difference.

Which is not to me, again, an argument not to try to make a difference, because they can’t kill us all. Or, if we don’t do anything, they will kill us all. So, you see it’s one or the other, but to me there’s really no choice.

If you stumble across Auschwitz, in the l940s, you’re either going to go home, and be a “good German” and use the soap, or you’re going to speak up. You see, you’re going to speak up, and you’re going to have the horrible fate that Walter Rudolph didn’t want. You’re going to become one of the excess population; one of the untermenschen, one of the expendables.

But I’d suggest that given the reality of the economy, that most of you here in the audience are that, already. My obeisance to the FBI and CIA agents here; you probably have a good paycheck still. But I would think that most of you are not in such a secure position, and this economy is not so long for the world, in terms of taking care of everybody. If you haven’t looked around you on the street, lately, there’s a depression out there, and that’s what a depression looks like.

It’s interesting, too, that a lot of those homeless people are Vietnam veterans. About 70% of the homeless on the East coast, in fact, are veterans, which is an aspect that’s been, ignored, besides the suicides, tremendous unemployment rates and long-term problems, because these wars are genocidal wars. They have a little different technology, they drop the oven out of the air instead of picking the body up and putting it in the oven, but it’s still genocide.

If the little countries of the world, where we are pushing ourselves around, could get into a court, and tell what we’ve been doing there, it would not look so different from the Nuremberg trials; in fact, I suggest to you that it’s worse.

My friends say to me, “If it’s Nazi Germany, who are the Jews?” Well, the Jews are the Central Americans; some of the Jews are still the Jews, if they don’t have enough money and prestige, and aren’t being used for the current time in the reactionary processes. Women. The disenfranchised. The first people Lori mentioned that were killed: the psychiatric inmates, are certainly an expendable population. The institutionalized people: the elderly, children in institutions, prisoners, and the people in the military. The veterans are guinea pigs, after they get out of all that military stuff they’re just used by the system further.

So there are people dying every day. And if you don’t add up the deaths, you don’t get the right total, you don’t get the sense of what’s happening.

And then they say to me, “Yeah, but we don’t live in terror, we live good.” Well, if you were a good German, and you went along with the program, and you looked the other way when they came and got the neighbors, you lived good too. They were looting the whole world like we are. We’re 6% of the population, consuming 60% of its energy. 30% of it’s raw materials, coming right here into this society. All this wealth doesn’t come out of some magic well in Kansas marked “capitalism.” It comes from tentacles of exploitation of labor and resources all over the world. And because we exploit those societies, they’re in worse shape, and we’re in better shape.

There’s enough to go around. There’s no shortage. There’s surplus, in fact, if it weren’t being used for war; and weren’t being diverted into cash crops instead of growing food, everyone could eat, everyone could live comfortably. In fact, probably on a third of the budget they spend on warfare in the world. There is a surplus; the surplus has to be manipulated in order to disappear.

But there are populations, Rand Corporation studied them In ’68, they did a study saying that half of the world population, over two billion people, had to go, in order to make it economically comfortable for the elites. They studied setting up martial law in many countries where it came to pass: the Philippines, Yemen and South Korea, Vietnam, Canada even, and eventually the United States.

How do you set up martial law here? You do it with a terrorist scenario. I’d suggest a nuclear terrorist scenario. You have Abu Nidal, who’s really Oliver North in drag. [laughter and applause] They say I’m paranoid. I don’t have an eight foot security fence around my house. And he’s working internationally with the people that financed Nidal. It’s not mano a mano it’s have him over for dinner. That fence is up for us, in case we figure out who Ollie North really is and what he did to us.

You have this so-called “terrorist,” you know, the guy with the pop gun, that terrorizes you. The nuclear weapons don’t terrorize you, the state control doesn’t terrorize you, the massive death and genocide that goes on in your name doesn’t terrorize you. You don’t know who the enemy is, and so you’re afraid of a guy on an airplane with a pistol. But that’s a terrorist, and you’re shaking in your boots, and now they are going to be said to have a nuclear weapon. So, “Oh well, what can we do? We have to suspend civil liberties, we have to put people in camps; we have to do whatever is necessary in order to stop this ’threat’ ”

So you come up with a scenario that’s good enough, and then you move. And they have the plans, they know how to move, they have it down to the neighborhood level. If you buy the lie, if you don’t identify who’s oppressing whom, and who the enemy really is. Believe me, you are not in danger of Abu Nidal, or the PLO, or whoever the terrorist of the month is supposed to be. Your life is not hanging on a hinge. Yeah, maybe if you travel internationally all the time you’ll be on the wrong plane at the wrong moment. But I doubt most of you are jet setters.

The threat comes from some place else. And even the people that take over the plane, in my experience, have ties to these same military intelligence networks.

But they kill people. And at the same time it is possible to expose how they do it; and to break the cycle of the lies; and to catch up with it; and to understand who’s assassinating whom, and how. Because the techniques work, and they use them over. They’re not that hard to figure out, once you understand the personnel and the pattern.

So maybe some of you have questions about your favorite murder you want to ask me? [applause]

[John Judge introduces and shows a videotape of the JFK assassination before taking questions from the audience.]

This is rotoscoping. That’s what this is called. You take a section of a frame of the film, and you blow it up to the full size of the frame. So this film is in time sequence, but it’s bigger on a particular detail. The detail is John F. Kennedy’s face, November 22, l963, Dallas.

You’ve just seen history. The Warren Commission never got to see that. When they asked for it, J. Edgar Hoover sent them a memo that said that it was at the CIA for “training” purposes. [laughter] What they saw instead was a photo-by-photo, frame-by-frame sequence, put together by an FBI photographer by the name of Lynn Shaneyfelt, a slimy liar I had the chance to meet. I happened to work for his son in a bookstore when I was in college. I didn’t know he was lying to me then at the level he was, but he told me certain things that I remembered later, and knew that he was lying about.

Due to what Hoover, in another memo, called it a “clerical error,” that Mr. Shaneyfelt “accidentally reversed” frame 312 and 313 of that sequence. Those are the two frames when the bullet hits JFK’s head. They give the appearance, in reverse, that the head went forward, instead of backwards. Because in that sequence you’re watching him come across, and the bullet hits; he’s lifted up out of the seat; he’s thrown backwards at 100.6 ft/sec/sec: over 100 miles/hr. The motorcycle cop to his left rear is hit so hard with brain fragment, that he stops and gets off the motorcycle, thinking he’s been shot. Jackie, climbs up onto the back; and in her own testimony, said she did so to get a fragment of the brain, that you can see there on the top of the car, if you watch the film long enough. Held it in her hand all the way to the hospital, and somebody asked her to give it up and she said, “No, I want them to see what they’ve done.”

All the way across the street, about a half an hour later, Sheriff Decker, who later died of cancer (He went into the hospital for a broken leg, six days later was dead of cancer) and a guy only identified as “an FBI agent” (Penn Jones stole this sequence of photos from a Dallas reporter) This is the Book Depository in the background, Decker’s over here on the right, this is a Dallas cop. The turf on the far side of Elm street, in other words, to the left, rear of Kennedy’s head, is dug up, by a bullet. He bends over and looks at it; The next frame the FBI guy bends over and looks at it. Here’s a close-up shot that shows the .45 slug, with the FBI guy’s hand reaching for it. The final two frames show the FBI guy with it in his hand; and in the last one, stuffing it into his pocket. End of that bullet.

That shot, I believe, came from a storm sewer to the right front of the motorcade. Not from the Grassy Knoll. From a silenced gun, which is the way you would do it. The guns that made noise were the distraction, for the crowd. The ones that counted had to be in positions not to be seen. It’s a good military location. It’s hidden, I’ve been in the storm sewer, I can get in there, and I’m a fairly big fellow. It’s a clear shot right up into the car. No problem with the angle. A .45 slug. takes his head open, throws him back, upwards and to the left, at that velocity, that bullet ends up across the street, and is picked up and destroyed, along with the.other bullets. There was evidence of 16 shots that day.

Now, this film, was made by Abraham Zapruder, and as I mentioned his obituary said he’s a White Russian. He bought the Bell and Howell camera the day before, for the purpose of filming the President. It’s in his testimony. He went out and took the film, and then it ends up being a training film at the CIA, being distorted for the Warren Commission, and being suppressed for many, many years by Life. And only because Grodin stole a copy, when he worked there, were you able to see this. It is, in fact, probably illegal to show it here. Because it’s alternately claimed to be owned either by Life or the Zapruder family. Usually whichever one you were calling told you it was the other. And neither wants to release the rights to it. The original is now in the National Archives, and copies for educational purposes can be arranged through Zapruder’s son Henry, an attorney in Washington, D.C.

But that’s history. And that isn’t a shot from the back right of Kennedy’s head, up in the Book Depository at that angle, is it?

Audience Member: [unintelligible]

John Judge: His head does move foreword just a fraction, right before the head shot hits. Oh, you’re talking about earlier. Oh, he’s hit earlier. He’s hit with three different shots. He was hit in the back, I believe, by a bullet from the top of the Dallas jail, which is right back down Elm Street, on the right angle as they turn left. Deputy Harry Weatherford was up there on the top of the jail; he had bought a high powered rifle with scope the week before. They weren’t allowed to probe that wound in the back. A missile was removed from the chest cavity, and given to the FBI. That bullet disappeared as well, but there’s a receipt for it, in the Warren Commission record. Part of what’s disappeared, is the brain. And the brain was never even sectioned, a normal autopsy procedure to see which direction the bullet came from. The brain is missing, and they did find some some box there in the Archives that said “gross material” I think it said. And somebody suggested it was Gerald Ford’s brain. [laughter]

The Archives said it was missing. Now of course, when they said all these Nazi documents came up missing, just recently, from the German Documentation Center, they the numbers kept going up and down. And, you’d get 200 back, but then 1,000 would drop off, and it was really interesting to watch it. But then, they said, that when an archivist says that something is missing, he doesn’t mean what you mean and what I mean when we say something’s missing.

So, I don’t know what it means. Does it mean it comes back? Does it mean it’s more than missing: it never was? That was Winston’s job, in 1984. You don’t just get rid of the information; you change it backward, through time, so that it reverses. Because, like he said, “Whoever controls the present controls the past. Whoever controls the past controls the future.”

Audience Member: Do you want to tell us where that storm sewer went?

John Judge: Well, they cemented it up, pretty much. It’s a storm sewer. They don’t run the water through it anymore. But you can get down into the sewer. I don’t think they’ve sealed the lid, at least not the last time I was in Dealey Plaza. You know, you could still get into it. Oh, you’re talking about where it went at the time? Oh. Well, I’m a little big, but somebody your size could get through there. If you went to the right, in there, the sewer comes up to a vertical shaft, and you can climb up the shaft and come out another manhole cover,.where the fence of the Grassy Knoll meets the railroad track. And a number of people saw a guy running from that area. If you went across the street, under the street in the storm sewer, and turned left, it ends up at a grating, in the basement of the Dallas jail.

Now, there was a little kid, fifteen years old, Mickey Cohen, who researched the Warren Commission, and he would go up to these guys and ask them the questions. And they thought, “Well, 15 year old, what does it matter?” And he went up to Weatherford, and he said, “Did you kill President Kennedy?” And Weatherford said, “I killed lots of people, you little son of a bitch.” So he’s one on my book. I think he’s the back shot.

Something went into Kennedy’s throat. It was small, a 3.5 cm hole. Bob Cutler suggests it might not have been a bullet, but a flechette. Like the tiny little razor thing that went into President Reagan’s arm. Reagan wasn’t hit with either a .38 or a .22. It left such a tiny hole, it took them twenty minutes to find anything wrong with him. They thought he was having a heart attack. Those nurses know what a bullet wound looks like. This was a little bit of black blood, a line, like a razor cut. It took them hours in there, in the operating room, feeling around his lung, and they almost closed him up without removing it. They went in three times with X-rays, trying to fish it out. And they finally got it out. It’s described by the doctor as “round and flat as a dime” He drops it in a cup, and it’s gone. The FBI have it, like the “missile” from Dallas. This was in the Reagan shooting. They have these razor sharp things, they have these little rocket flechettes that can carry toxin in them. So it’s a good bet that might have been what went into JFK’s neck. And then the tracheotomy obliterated the wound. And then the Warren Commission changed it from an entrance wound, which it clearly was, into an exit wound.

But then, they never investigated the wound further in the autopsy room. The autopsy notes were burned. What we have of an autopsy doesn’t qualify as an autopsy. I wouldn’t give it to a barnyard animal. It doesn’t have cardinal points, it doesn’t have anything resembling professional autopsy work. Just some little charts, or drawings made from descriptions from people that were never allowed to see the actual photographs or drawings.

The third and fatal shot to Kennedy is from the right front and blows his brains out.

But to show you how the sequence works, one researcher talked to a young woman, whose father is an embalmer in Arlington, Virginia, and she said, “My father embalmed John F. Kennedy.” Well, that’s important. I mean, anyone who was allowed to see that body is important. To see those wounds. Because those wounds go against history, in the official version. And at another point, in another conversation, this woman said that her father had embalmed a lot of famous people, like Howard Hughes. Well, now Howard Hughes was embalmed in Texas. Don’t they have any embalmers in Texas? Anybody ever been through Texas, seen an undertakers place, or a funeral parlor, or anything? I think they’ve got some out there. But they had to bring him in from Arlington, Virginia, the same guy that did John F. Kennedy, to do Howard Hughes.

And that’s what I find. I find the same names. If you follow my work, you’d think there are about six lawyers, and two autopsy guys, and a couple of judges. Like this judge in the Christic case just happened to have been on the board of directors of a company run by gangster and international narcotics financier, Meyer Lansky; just happened to be a friend of Bebe Rebozo, the old war profiteer, you know. He goes on a little vacation, and, lo and behold, decides the Christic people don’t have any evidence. And now, not only are they fighting an appeal, but Jack Terrell, who was the first person who broke and gave them evidence of North’s operation, is under indictment. He’s under a press gag rule. The judge is trying to deny him attorney of choice. He’s being told he’s going to be locked up in solitary for 30 years, for sedition: for breaking the secrecy in the first place. The government documents, you know, that he stole, supposedly. They raided his office. So he’s up on charges and under indictment.

This same judge, Laurence King, sat on the board of a company in the 1950s that was used as cover for intelligence flights by Paul Heiliwed, and on the board of the finance company that set them up.

Audience Member: What was the name of the company?

John Judge: SEA (South East Asia) Supply, and American Investment Bank. It’s in Peter Dale Scott’s book, The War Conspiracy, King’s background, saying he’s connected with a Meyer Lansky company, and friends with Bebe Rebozo. The corporate stuff is in The Great Heroin Coup, by Heinrik Kruger.

Audience Member: What’s the source for the video and related materials just shown?

John Judge: It’s Robert Grodin’s analysis of the shooting. And his ideas on the evidence. I got it from a researcher named Penn Jones, in Texas This is more than the Zapruder film. This is Grodin’s work. Now, Grodin himself lives up in New York, and you might be able to get this directly from him. Penn was distributing it for him I have an address if somebody wants to pursue it. Write to Penn Jones at Rte. 3, Box 3 6 Midlothian, Texas. He used to put out a magazine called Continuing Inquiry, and he distributed this tape. But it’s Robert Grodin, that’s the name of the researcher. He has a book out with many of the photos in it, as well.

Audience Member: What is the name of the book?

John Judge: I knew you’d ask. Well, it’s in Tom Davis’ book catalog. Remember the name Grodin. He did it with another guy, I think Jack White. It has “Conspiracy” in the title. But, I’ve read about 300 books on this, subject. I’m sorry it doesn’t come to mind. He has a new book out also with Harry Livingston, called High Treason.

Audience Member: Do you know anything about the death of Murray Chottner?

John Judge: Yes. Murray Chottner was a hatchet man for Nixon. He goes back into the 1950s, in the period when Nixon was tied with the Mafia and the gambling casinos down in Cuba; when he was running around with Dana Smith. Murray Chottner was the one that set up what was called the “Checkers” fund, the illegal slush fund for Nixon’s campaign, which almost cost him the election., except he made this speech on TV, where he said his wife Pat wore a nice Republican cloth coat and the only gift he ever took was the dog, Checkers. That dog he kept for his kids, and he wasn’t going to give it up. So it was like an early propaganda success. You know, the PR companies set it up for him. In fact, the firm that did the so-called independent audit on that Checkers fund was the same firm that later audited him for Watergate. So, you know, he kept the same liars around. But Chottner was critical to his rise to the Presidency.

Chottner was also the person that discovered Earl Warren, politically in California, and brought him to power. Warren was already doing some gang-busting, but Chottner brought him up as a political candidate.

And then, in the l948 election, (you remember all the flap about Dewey and Truman?) Dewey was supposed to win. His campaign manager was Allen Dulles, and he was the CIA/Mafia ticket. He had put Lucky Luciano in prison, but he also helped him get out of prison in honor of deals cut between the Mafia and Naval Intelligence, about the control of the docks, and eventually about the movement of heroin worldwide after the war. And Luciano went to Italy, and helped set up what became the Marseilles Connection for heroin. But he was let out in honor of his “wartime services” by Dewey.

After the election, Dewey went to work for Scheneley Distilleries, and the mob up in Canada. And, a lot of people have forgotten that in 1948, (because you don’t remember vice-presidential candidates on a losing ticket) that Dewey’s campaign VP, on the Republican ticket was Earl Warren, who, I would suggest, the CIA/Mafia had in their pocket from all the way back then, despite his supposed liberal credentials. And they wouldn’t have put him up there to do the Warren Commission report if they didn’t have him in their pocket.

Now Murray Chottner, in the middle of the Watergate scandal, backed out of a driveway in Vienna, Virginia near where I grew up. And I went and looked at the local papers, and local police reports on it. He was hit by a truck. He was dead on arrival at the hospital. The driveway he was backing out of belonged to Ted Kennedy. In the middle of Watergate. And the truck that hit him was owned by Navy Intelligence, [laughter] US Navy. And the driver was Navy Intelligence. “Just another happenstance,” as Penn Jones would say.

Audience Member: The guy with the John Birch society, that died in KAL 007?

John Judge: Larry MacDonald.

Audience Member: Was there anything behind.that?

John Judge: Oh, I know the details. Six people got off the plane, it’s on the manifest. They’re not identified. He warned people that he wasn’t going on their plane, because the KGB was going to shoot it down. I guess, friends of his told him? So he stayed for this later flight. And I don’t know if he got on the other flight. I mean, death is a good cover. They knew what was happening. Nixon was supposed to be on that flight, and was warned out of it and didn’t come, due to a phone call.

And, also not talked about is where they were all going. Why were they all on this flight going into Anchorage, and then into Korea? Do you know? They were going to a meeting celebrating the division of Korea, between South and North, for all those years, from the time of the military occupation of the U.S., hosted by the Asian People’s Anti-Communist League, and the World Anti-Communist League, which is General Singlaub’s group. They were going to have this big celebration there, and they were on their way to this reactionary meeting.

They definitely knew in advance. Friends of mine were in Washington, DC, on Thursday morning, when the only news was that a plane was in trouble, but had landed safe at Sakhalin. And the families were even called and told that the passengers were OK. They called them. This was eventually found out to be a story generated falsely by the CIA. But they bought time for Oliver North and Jeanne Kirkpatrick to doctor the tapes. North was in charge of the public relations on the incident from the White House. They doctored the tapes, so that they could call the Soviet Union the “Evil Empire” and make everybody believe they just coldly shot down this plane.

That morning, the plane number wasn’t known, the passengers certainly weren’t being named, because they were presumed safe, and my friends were on their way to work. They work across from the Heritage Foundation, and on the way in, they picked up some bumper stickers, printed by the Richard Viguerie Foundation (right-wing fund raiser) in the gutter, outside of the Heritage. That morning, they didn’t know what they meant. They just picked them up and were looking at them, took them in the office. The bumper stickers said “Remember Larry MacDonald and Flight 007.” Now, this is before anybody would know the significance of that. So there were people within those right-wing circles that knew, could have warned him. Also, the Atlanta press called his wife the “ice lady” because she had no emotional reaction to the death. She dyed her hair. From the time she heard about it, she dyed her hair, went to a press conference, and spouted this party line.

And there may have been even an earlier version, where MacDonald was to have landed on Sakhalin, put under Soviet arrest, and later escaped the Soviet, “slave camps” and gotten back to “freedom.” And, you know, maybe we’ll watch and see.

But he had to be taken out of the way, out of the limelight, at that point, because of a suit, out here in California, against his foundation, Western Goals. For stealing the entire national Red Squad files of the Los Angeles Police Department that was collected under COINTELPRO during the 1960s.That affected hundreds of groups, and had the names, not only of the California left, but all the left, because it was the place where the Law Enforcement Intelligence Unit was sending every Red Squad file for a centralized operation. And those hundreds and hundreds of boxes, thousands of names, and all that file information, was taken by Jay Paul, an LAPD detective, to his home. And his wife, Mary Love, who worked for Western Goals, put it into their hundred thousand dollar computer system, so that the John Birch Society and the far-right wing, had the goods on the whole structure, at least as far as the police infiltrators knew it, of the left and progressive movement in this country.

But when it was breaking in the news, and the suit threatened to come foreword, it would not only have exposed MacDonald. It would have exposed the LAPD, and eventually, it would have exposed COINTELPRO. And “Watergate West” Which was the Ed Meese/Ronald Reagan operation out here in California, for martial law, and the spying under COINTELPRO for those years.

And that was right before the election. The lawyer who handled the deal, for the LAPD, in order to settle out of court, and pay off the groups instead, was William French Smith. He left the Justice Department right then, and Meese went in, and Turnage came in. French came out and settled matters so it didn’t go to court. And then MacDonald, who would have been under the spotlight and threatened the election, disappeared in the KAL 007 flight.

But I think his death, if in fact it happened, or his disappearance and cover, were just one more bonus for that operation. One which not only renewed the Cold War, cut off relations and Detente, slowed down the arms limitation talks, allowed us to scotch bills against nerve gas, (when I say “us”, I’m talking about the US military) allowed them to go foreword with the plans for nuclear warfare and chemical/biological warfare, and nuclear warfare in outer space, and basically put forward the whole Ollie North agenda.

If you can get hold of a book by Barry Schiff (he’s an aviation writer) written a year before the incident, called Flight 209 is Down, it will explain to you, in part, in this novel form, the real scenario.

What happened, according to Fletcher Prouty’s work, Bob Cutler’s work, other researchers, is that 007 stayed on course, never deviated. KAL 015 right behind it, saw it, on radar and visible, all the way through. It never left course, kept along R20. A Ferrett, RC35, also a Boeing plane, same silhouette, flew parallel radar course with it for a while, and then broke into Soviet air space. The first interceptors that went up couldn’t find it. Now, that’s telling because when planes with radar and ground radar together can’t find something, you’ve got a UFO, or something. Not a modern, full-sized plane. It’s not that hard to coordinate those things and go up, its mathematical. The fact that they didn’t find something means to me, they were dealing with a test of Stealth. The Soviets were about to test an ICBM missile there, and it lit up their whole defense system. Arching over the route of the R20 and the RC35 at that point, looping over, was our main spy satellite over the Soviet Union. And the person in charge of positioning those satellites was Oliver North. Also going over in those hours, was the space shuttle Challenger, on a military mission.

So they got a good look at how Soviet radar and defense systems worked, along the Soviet coast, and the sea there, and at the Japanese, the interrelation of those countries, and what was happening. They fooled the Soviets into sending up yet another interceptor, which accidentally saw the plane, by accident, winged at it, you know, flapped a wing, and shot a couple of missiles past it, then backed off. They saw the Ferrett. A Soviet interceptor went up, found the RC35 up there, tried to get it to go down, It took evasive action. He backed off, lined up the missile sight with his radar, pushed the button, and veered off, because you don’t follow the missile, you’ll get blown up by it. And you get out of the way because, what if something fires back? So he veers off, and he says “The target’s destroyed,” because he did what he believed he had to do, electronically. But he missed the plane, because he’s shooting at the Stealth deflection of the radar.

And so that plane’s safe, but simultaneous with the Soviet pilot saying, “The target’s destroyed,” the US intelligence electronic message interceptors detonate a bomb on 007, and blow it up. Over the Kurile trench, so that it’s never found, the pieces aren’t even found.

Then they’ve got the Soviets believing that they shot down a plane, by accident. They’ve got the news media buying into it. They’ve got Jeanne Kirkpatrick calling them the “Evil Empire,” that night; and they’re able to extend it into, you know, what ever they want.

Well, this is the theme of Schiff’s novel. It’s about a Stealth manufacturer, and his son flies the plane in, and they blow up the competing Congressman who’s gonna get the Stealth contract for another company.

And Scoop Jackson parallels that person, in the novel. The woman who wrote me about it said that’s the guy in the novel. And I took a look at it, in it’s particulars, and Scoop Jackson was on the board of Boeing. Which built the KAL planes. And Scoop Jackson died of a heart attack that day. The day of the 007 flight. And who was he replaced by on Boeing? Alexander Haig.

Where else was he? He was on the Foreign Intelligence Advisory Board. And he was in charge of the Central America Task Force. You know who went in there? [fake German accent] Herr Doctor Kissinger, replaced him there. And his top administrative aide Richard Pipes went into the NSC with Oliver North, Sven Kraemer and the boys.

So, we had a little power shift the day of the KAL 007, internally also. But that’s what happened to 007. What happened to MacDonald, I think only history will tell.

Audience Member: Before, you mentioned John J. McCloy, and I just wanted to let everybody know, that he’s 80; he’s just started the world’s largest bank in Washington DC, this last month with seven billion dollars. Him, and William Casey’s widow, and a bunch of others. While we see Credit Suisse, and we get used to them, and see their pattern, they’re starting another Fascist goal, another Fascist bank.

John Judge: Is that to replace Nugen Hand?

Audience Member: I’m not sure of the name. But it was started. This is all public domain: Washington Post, New York Times, Los Angeles Times all reported on it.

But he’s alive and well, and completely active in his beliefs, in what he’s doing.

He also set up the Pentagon, you didn’t mention that. He was the architect and author.

John Judge: Yes, he built the Pentagon. It was called “McCloy’s folly” for a while, in fact. Yeah, he set up the building. And I always thought it was interesting, you know, because I don’t know of any other reason to take a five-sided figure and point it south, except to call up You-Know-Who. [laughter]

Audience Member: Why was Reagan shot?

John Judge: To put Bush into office. And they did expect to kill him. If the little flechette hadn’t deflected on his seventh rib, it would have hit It came within a quarter inch of the aorta, and they almost had him. When they realized he wasn’t dead the Secret Service was pissed as hell. They threw him into the car, and they yelled into the microphone, “Rawhide is alive. Rawhide is OK.” [laughter]

And then you look at the Secret Service book, Protecting the President, about the incident, and, the woman who jumps into the car. She’s the same one that changed the position of the limousine, so it was forty feet away from the door. I mean, when you rent a limousine, it comes to the front door, doesn’t it? When you’re the President, it has to come within six inches of where you’re going to come out, and the Secret Service lines up on either side, and you walk in or out, and you’re in the car. He came in that way. They parked right in front of the VIP door. But when he comes, out, Secret Service is nowhere near him. They all file around to the right. They’re not making a diamond shape and protecting him. There’s nobody around him. They’re all going to the right, and he’s walking down there. Someone yells out, “Mr. President, hi . . . ” [laughter] you know, the hand’s up, and then he’s hit. You can see him hit. OK, but he isn’t hit by Hinckley, because Hinckley can’t even see him at that point. Hinckley’s first bullet hits Brady, who’s in between; and then Hinckley hits the cop, and then Hinckley hits the Secret Service guy, and then he hits the building across the street, [loud laughter] and then he hits the window of the car, and makes the little hole in the trunk, you know, and so finally the FBI says, “Must have been a ricochet.” [loud laughter]

But by the time the last shot goes off, if anybody had gotten a ricochet, it would have been Parr, who was pushing Reagan into the car. But this woman’s on the phone, and she says, “Rawhide is OK”.

And they’re zipping up there, up T Street, I think it is, next to the Hilton, going out onto Connecticut Ave, and she says, “We’re going right, we’re going to the . . . ” and it’s some code word, and instead, they write “White House” Well, I don’t know if any of you’ve been in DC, or lived in DC? If you go up T Street, and you go to the right, you’re not going to the White House, you’re going to Bethesda Naval Hospital, where they took Kennedy. That’s where they were going. OK?

And Brady’s still on the ground. I mean, Reagan’s long gone, Brady’s lying there, and they can’t get an ambulance through the crowd. Five to eight minutes later, they get him in an ambulance, and they take him over to the GWU Hospital. And do you remember all the confusion in the reports: “Brady’s dead,” “Brady’s alive,” “Reagan’s shot,” “Reagan’s not shot,” “Reagan’s alive,” “Reagan’s dead,” “Reagan walked in,” “Reagan was brought in on a stretcher.” All that confusion came from the fact that the first Secret Service into the place, according to a guy that was chased out by them (he was in the waiting room, trying to find his wife, a young Black guy, and was interviewed outside by the press) and who says, “This Secret Service guy walks in the waiting room and he says, ‘Get out of here’. And everybody looks up, like, ‘What’s the matter?’ And he says, ‘Get the hell out of here!’. And then they are all chased outside.” But he, on the way out, is passed by a phalange of Secret Service, dragging a guy in on a stretcher. And that was the first thing I heard on the news radio. You know, I was listening that day; I had my “Shoot Bush First” button on still. [laughter] And, I said, “What’s happening?” Because the news people are going back and forth. And I said, “Did he come in on a stretcher? Is he dead already? What?”

But a witness saw this guy go in on a stretcher. Then a little later, there’s people there, and they see Reagan walk in. Well that’s right, that’s what happened. The first guy to the hospital was Brady. It wasn’t Reagan. And Brady was down. But how did Brady get there first? Where was Reagan? Reagan was going to the right. Now, if you want to go to that hospital, you can turn left, and you can go right away on Florida Ave to 23rd St. and then cut down to Thomas Circle, and go around. You can be there in three minutes. But the course that the Secret Service says they took, is down underneath Dupont Circle, all the way down Connecticut to 17th, in front of the White House, and then back over to I street, and back up to the hospital. That’s like the other two arms of a triangle, as if you’ve got nothing to do. That was a lie.

And then this little Volkswagen shows up, with blood. Well they’d have the blood ready. They don’t go to a hospital where they don’t have the President’s blood. That’s worked out months in advance. You know, even in a strange city, 48 hours in advance, they’ve got the blood there. They don’t have to bring blood in, in some weird little Volkswagen. That was the cocktail. That’s why he’s got all the problems up the which end is it? [laughter] Because they were giving him a little message, you know, to take him out the rest of the way. And nowadays, he shows you how paranoid he is.

He had the largest amount of security of anybody, any President, at any time, for his second inauguration, this last time he was inaugurated. Fourteen thousand police, this was in the Washington Post They sealed the manhole covers, (See, they know how Kennedy was killed.) [loud and long laughter] for blocks around, they sealed the manhole covers; and they had Secret Service up on the roof, just like they should have been in Dallas, and looking at the windows. But beyond that, they had a guy out there (and you can still see him, he’s up on the White House roof), with a surface-to-air missile. You know, I mean, go by the White House sometime, there are these big walls, you can hardly see past them, there’s a guy up on the roof with rifles and guns, You know, it’s a democracy. [laughter] You know, the President can’t come out. He’s behind this armed guard. Meanwhile, in Nicaragua, the terrible “totalitarian dictators” walk among the people, and hand out the guns. Imagine Reagan handing guns out to us? [laughter] How long a day would that be? [loud applause] But, we live in the free country. So he stays inside. And that day he was going to have the surface-to-air guy right next to him. He was going to have a bullet-proof shield on the podium, and a bullet-proof vest. They told him not to wear it the day he was shot. “You don’t need that.” [laughter] The one day he doesn’t wear the vest, Secret Service said, “You’ll be OK, Sir.” You know, they take the bullet-proof vest off, and they hit him, at a critical point. With the arm up, even if you’ve got a vest on, that’s a shot to the heart, and you can get it in there. And that’s when he’s hit: He’s waving his left arm, and he’s hit. And it was on the cover of Time, you know, his face, all the stuff. Your lung collapses, the edema puffs out in the cheek, You know, you’re not looking too well. But then that was bad for the official version. The had to say he was hit later, because at that point it couldn’t have been Hinckley’s bullet that hit him. It was from the guy up above the little cupola on the balcony, on the “New Grassy Knoll” with the little flechette that nobody can see, and, zip, into the arm. And that’s all that they have to do to him.

But they took him off to finish the job, and somebody in the loyalist crowd turned the car around. There was a big fight in the White House, because they cut him loose. I mean the guy, remember Morales, with the black box, for the emergency communications, what they call the “nuclear football”? He hits the deck. He jumps up. Does he go to the car to be with the President? No, he runs the other way! Away from the limousine. So they take the box, and then they cut off his clothes as he’s going back to the operating room. And the FBI’s grabbing everything, and they get the wallet, with the little magnetic communications card. And later Morales comes back, and tries to get the card back. The FBI boys call headquarters, and headquarters calls Webster, and Webster’s in the Situation Room arguing with everybody, you know, Haig and the rest of the bunch, and he says, “No, hang onto the card.” But even if Reagan had the box and the card to put in and sent a message, the person sitting at the Command and Control Center in the White House Situation Room that hour, was Helena von Damm, the old secretary for Otto Albrecht von Bolschwing and the Nazis, who was the White House Appointments Secretary. And then went in to become the Ambassador, for Vienna, for Austria. So that that old fellow became Prime Minister who’s got what they call Waldheimer’s disease: you can’t remember what you did during the war. [laughter] And she helped him come in.

So. you know, it’s this crew, but it was really Bush. And it’s Bush, Haig, Kissinger, Kirkpatrick, North, and those boys, that are coming back in right now. And don’t think you’re going to get Dukakis. Certainly don’t think you’re going to get Jesse Jackson. But you’re not going to get Dukakis, either. Bush is on the way. They will kill to get in, at this point. They’ve done more than that before now.

Now Reagan had 14,000 cops, and all that security that day, and that was the day that this guy, along with the Marine Corps Band, walked in to the White House grounds, walked up into the dining room, an went in through the bedroom, and then they picked him up. You know, the “mental case.”

They have a special diagnostic category; it’s called “White House cases.” If you go to one gate and ask to see the President and they don’t let you in, and you go to the next gate, or you act a little funny out in front, you go to St. Elizabeth’s Federal Mental Institution. And you have a disease. It’s diagnosed, that you have a disease. You’re delusional because you think the President of the United States is going to help you. [loud laughter] You can come to DC and get locked up for it anytime you want, because it happens all the time. But, this guy walked through the White House. With no problems, with 14,000 cops. And they’re saying to Reagan, “Go ahead, put all the cops around you, you want . . . but when you go to get your jammies . . . ” [laughter]

Like the guy who comes in the plane, and almost hits the Presidential helicopter. All of the near misses, are constant warnings to Reagan: “Either shut up, or get out of the way, because Mr. Bush is coming.”

And who is Mr. Bush friends with? What street did he live on in Dallas? Who was his closest social contact? Who does he give his money to, in order to bail out their oil company? John W Hinckley, Sr. They’re like this, the Bushes and the Hinckley. And the son was just the the throwaway. He was the one they didn’t want in the family. He wasn’t going to go out and run Standard Oil and play the games with the rest of them. He wanted to stay in the basement and plunk John Lennon, doo de doo doo doo. You know, the hippie. So that’s it. They send him out to this psychiatrist, he puts electrodes in the kid’s head, programs him, and sends him off to be the patsy. Pull the gun, be the dummy, take the rap. You know.

Audience Member: What about Bush’s connections to the English monarchy?

John Judge: A lot of these people have interconnections to the ruling classes, to the old monarchists. A lot of the Fascism and the monarchism is like this. Bush’s brother, Prescott Bush, is part of the Knights of Malta. and they’re tied into those ruling class circles in the Catholic Church. And a lot of that is old monarchist money, or deposed monarchist money. It’s a theme. I mean, a few families have procreated and kept the wealth in certain hands. Bush does have “blue blood,” though and links to the British money.

Audience Member: Do you think he’s got relatives in the English monarchy, and relatives who were supporting Hitler at the time?

John Judge: Could be. It’s an interesting investigative point, I would try to follow it out. It’s certainly not outside of the realm of possibility. You know, he went to Dallas, but he’s basically an East coast boy, and he dabbled in oil, but he’s with the Trilateral groups.

Now that’s the team that they want to bring back in. When Oliver North talked about the death of his father, he said only three people sent him condolences: one was Poindexter, one was Casey, and one was Bush. That’s his command chain.

We learned intelligence from the British monarchy. The British came over here and set us up: the OSS and the CIA. Along with these German Fascists. We didn’t know what we were doing. They’d had 500 years of empire, and they knew how to run it. So you have both the class interests and the technological skills resting in the old empires.

Audience Member: How did Nelson Rockefeller meet his death?

John Judge: Well it wasn’t the way you thought. I believe he was given a heart attack. He was dead for quite a while before Megan Marshack even called the chauffeur downstairs, on radio contact, which she could have done immediately. They waited several hours to make sure he was dead. His body was cremated before autopsy by Dr. Michael Baden who was also part of the Kennedy cover-up and more recently lied about Joseph Marjek.

Audience Member: Why?

John Judge: Well, I mean, there’s divisions in the class. The class is split. They fight each other. Rockefeller, at that time, was in a position in the Republican party, challenging Reagan and other elements. There’s differences between the Eastern establishment and the old banker money, and the entrepreneurial money on the Southern Rim and the post-WWII oil and land speculation, munitions and aerospace industry. Not so much that they don’t stand together around where we go, but enough that they divide over things like Vietnam, or the Argentine War, or on different factions, or who’s going to be on the Presidency ticket, in terms of the parties, and who’s going to be calling some of the open political shots. I think he was killed because of that power struggle. I think the Rockefellers are an important part of the class, and the Trilateral Commission is, but they’re not the whole class. There are other reactionary elements.

Megan Marshack, I think, was paid off handsomely. Her boy friend was with Navy Intelligence at the time. He was hired by the Rockefellers to take pictures of all their Venezuelan properties, including the ones that border right there on Matthew’s Ridge, in Guyana, and the Jonestown situation.

Audience Member: Would you say something about how the computers had rigged the elections all over the United States so that it doesn’t matter who we vote for, they count whatever they want? Ken Collier made a wonderful tape in Santa Cruz on that. Harry O’Brien was the interlocutor . . .

John Judge: They studied it in Vietnam, they studied it in Greece, they studied it everywhere they went, to set up the little Fascists, and keep them in power. They know how to rig an election. I mean, they knew how to rig elections here even before they had computers. It’s not that hard to rig an election. Even if you don’t use the computers, all you need now is the media and the exit polls, right? To tell you who’s going to win. “I don’t want to waste my vote on a loser.” So you vote the other way, if that’s who’s going to win. And they’ll tell you who’s supposed to win at the beginning of the night. And then you can get out there and vote. So, it’s not that tough.

But nobody in the position of an elected official is going to be any help. I used to have a button. It said, “Don’t vote, it only encourages them.” [laughter]

Audience Member: At the end of last year, a regular commuter flight, which didn’t get much press coverage, but it was here in California, you might remember it, it had the president of Chevron, a good number of the Board of Directors, and a German rocket scientist. And the murderer supposedly, was ex-military, you know, regular grunt. The question is, do you know anything about that? It’s kind of strange for the president of Chevron, and some high-ranking members of that company, and a German rocket scientist to go down in a plane crash like that, out of nowhere. And it basically didn’t get much coverage, at all, except in the business section.

Brett McCabe: Excuse me, if I’m correct in saying this, if it’s the same crash, which I think it is, the only piece of evidence that they found was a scrap of paper, which was an admission by the person that blew the plane up

Audience Member: Right. There was a big merger, or deal that Chevron was just about to make, and all of a sudden their Board gets wiped out.

Audience Member: What’s he saying?

John Judge: He’s talking about a flight, I guess out here in California, that was apparently blown up, that had some people aboard: the President and Board of Directors of Chevron, the oil company, and a Nazi rocket scientist, and some other important people aboard, and there was kind of a strange explosion. I don’t know, I remember hearing a little bit about the incident. I don’t get all the West coast news. And then Brett was saying that the only thing that survived the crash was the murder note.

Audience Member: Are you guys talking about the PSA flight about 6 months ago? What happened was there was this disgruntled worker, who basically, I guess, shot the Captain, because he had a beef with PSA?

Audience Member: That’s the scenario they gave in their little book. That’s what they say, but it doesn’t . . .

John Judge: A disgruntled worker. I remember it a little bit. I remember there were some interesting people on it. There’s a lot of plane crashes that are important.

Audience Member: Can you say just a few words about the Chappaquiddick incident?

John Judge: Yes. Ted Kennedy was not in the car. Hard evidence clearly shows that the car went off the ramp at a tremendously high rate of speed. And the door on Kennedy’s side was crushed shut. It was still locked. I don’t think he’d bother to lock it on the way out under water. The window was still rolled up. He had no way to get out of the car. He had no wet clothes, in the hotel room. That was the testimony of the maid who cleaned up. He was seen on the island in a good mood that morning. I talked to people who said the place was crawling with Committee to Re-Elect the President people. Tom Valaszcwitz, in his testimony, said that he went up to the island several days before, with fake press credentials, to ask embarrassing questions of Ted. About what? Several days before? And he doesn’t show up at any of the press conferences.

In the Watergate testimony, there is reference to Operation Sand Wedge, and ten thousand dollars given to Valaszcwitz that summer, by Caulfield. And they never ask, “What is Sand Wedge?” I think it’s putting the Oldsmobile in the sand.

It was meant to take out Ted Kennedy’s election chances. But I think they knew, that if they had yet another lone assassin, for the third Kennedy, that would be the end of the string, in terms of the public credibility. So instead they set him up, in, I think, a very clever way.

They drugged him at the party. Slipped a “mickey” into the drink. He left with Mary Jo Koepechne. Now, they portray her as just this sort of little nobody, a secretary, who happened to be in the car, or maybe Ted was having an affair with her. She came from a group of political secretaries known as the “Boiler Room Girls.” Some of them are still in top positions in the media and other places. And they were traveling in the political circles, and working for different people. Mary Jo worked for Sen. George Smathers, Bebe Rebozo’s financial and personal friend down there, who was actually an enemy of the Kennedy’s. There was this famous scene where Smathers attempted to get John Kennedy to kill Castro, to continue the assassination attempts, and Kennedy broke a plate on the table at this dinner. It’s kind of famous, it’s in most of the Kennedy books, Thousand Days, and other places. And he said, “We’re not going to have any more of that talk.”

And, Smathers, you know, was certainly more in the Nixon camp, with Rebozo, and the filthy money, Dade county, Bob Maheu (who went out and got the Mafia assassins involved originally, that helped to kill Kennedy), and that crowd. So, she came from there, and the two secretaries who worked with her at the time, and she roomed with one of them, were also closely involved. Carol Tyler, who she roomed with, disappeared in a plane crash. She had been Bobby Baker’s secretary. You remember this big scandal during the Johnson administration, about Bobby Baker and the wheeling and dealing? And Baker had been part of an international gambling ring, between Cuba and the United States, that was called the “Syndicate.” It wasn’t the whole national crime syndicate, but it was a little Havana, Cuba bunch. Lansky’s had ties with it, McClaney and others. People that had the arms at Lake Pontchartraine in New Orleans, Cubans that were tied with Oswald, people around the Kennedy assassination. In Torbitt’s document, Nomenclature of an Assassination Cabal, that group, “Syndicate,” is one of the 5 groups named, because it was the main one that funneled money on Kennedy’s head from the mob out of Florida and up through Chicago, and then into Dallas. And it’s in Flammonde’s book, Kennedy Conspiracy, and other places.

So, the other secretary working with Mary Jo at the time, had been the personal secretary to Jack Ruby at the Carousel Club. And remember, Bobby Baker called his place in Ocean City the Carousel Club. His motel up there, you know.

So, she didn’t come from nowhere. She was also the last person to see the physical evidence in the Robert Kennedy file before it was locked up, down in Los Angeles. She knew quite a deal.

I think she was brought out thinking that she was setting Ted up to be killed. And at the last moment they pulled the switch, dragged him, dead drunk, and drugged, back to the hotel room, put him to bed. Stabbed her in the back, or injected something that caused a lot of bleeding over the night, in the back, knocked her out, and put her into the car.

She was found in a rather unusual position. I mean, you’d go there to get air, if you woke up, but, her head was in the foot well, in the front seat. And her back end and her legs were over the top of the dash. And she was down in this little well, which would have been the top of the car at that point, and where a little bit of the air was. So if she was semi-conscious she would have gone up there. But, after they buried her, the autopsy lab found the blood on the back of her blouse. A profuse quantity of blood, going down both arms, and into the middle of the back. But, a CIA lawyer showed up to represent the family, and convinced them not to re-inter. And later the family sued him. Without much success. So, the way that she was killed was never made clear.

And then I think what happened was the next morning, they came to him, and they said, “She’s dead in the car. And we have letters signed by her blackmailing you. We can prove a murder motive if you like. Otherwise you take the manslaughter rap.”

Deputy Look, who testified, and who had no reason to lie about it, saw the car, apparently without anyone in it, sitting at the edge of the water, long after Kennedy said they had gone into the drink.

Even if he’d wanted to, with his back, he couldn’t have swum the channel. Water moves too fast. You’d have to be a very exceptional swimmer to get across, not one in the slightly inebriated position that he might have been in. And his story just didn’t wash. And at the end of the trial, the judge, in fact, turned to the Kennedy table and says, “You’re all lying through your teeth.”

But what the right wing wants us to believe, is that Kennedy killed her. You know, that he had her in there and let her drown. The same as they now want us to believe that Robert Kennedy murdered Marilyn Monroe.

Well, what happened with Marilyn Monroe, was that she was discovered by Howard Hughes, at RKO, when she left her first husband, the Van Nuyes cop, who later trained the first SWAT teams in the United States. And she ran off with this photographer, she was about eighteen years old, and RKO started doing her films. You know, Hughes used to film out at the Spahn Ranch, where the Manson family later landed. It’s the next door neighbor to the Krupp ranch. Ever hear of Krupp? Nazi Germany? Arms? Think they let a bunch of crazy hippies live next door? They’ve bought the Spahn Ranch, now, the Krupp family, and they’re going to make a Bavarian beer garden out of it. [very loud laughter] But Hughes used to do the films out there, the Westerns, and he liked Marilyn, he saw the pictures and he helped her get her first films going, and made her career.

And she was surrounded by money and a lot of bad deals. She had ties with the Mafia, with Lawford, and the Rat Pack. Lawford liked her. And it was Hoffa, through his man Sciacca, that set up the bugging in the bedroom, to blackmail the Kennedys, and to get them off the back of the mob. And Marilyn broke down. She called Sidney Skolsky, her reporter friend and columnist, that night, from her bathroom. Told him that she was going to blow the lid off it, told him that they had been bugging the bedroom, she didn’t feel right about it. That they had compromised her for a while, but she’d changed her mind. And that was the night that she gets this injection, because that’s what’s in the autopsy report: fresh injection. Noguchi found no drugs in the lower duodenum, no evidence of a pill suicide. She was given an injection of a poison, and murdered.

And then, I think that Lawford probably did go in and try to clean out the traces of Robert Kennedy, so that he wouldn’t be implicated. But it was the Mob, and the intelligence agencies, that used her all her life, who murdered her. Not Robert Kennedy.

But now, you see, they want us to believe, “What’s the difference if we killed these Kennedys? They were going to kill Castro, they killed Mary Jo, they killed all these women, you know, they’re a bunch of sleep-arounds and murderers.” And that’s just the final smear, you know, turn it around, they’re the murderers now, and all the guys that killed them are Presidents of the United States and Chiefs of Staff and Attorney Generals and you name ’em. [applause]
