Editor’s note: In the mid-1980s I purchased a copy of Roger Craig’s unpublished manuscript “When They Kill A President” from Tom Davis, a first-generation JFK assassination researcher. I met Tom through his capacity as a bookseller in Capitola, California, after listening to Mae Brussell’s weekly radio program, World Watchers International.

When They Kill A President
By Roger Craig

A new book is being published titled, When They Kill A President by Roger Craig, with bonus material, The Deputy Interviews by Steve Cameron.

A $6.99 kindle edition of the book is accessible here:

Dallas Deputy Sherrif Roger Craig Roger Craig was a Deputy Sheriff in Dallas at the time of the assassination of President Kennedy. He was a member of a group of men from Dallas County Sheriff James Eric “Bill” Decker’s office that was directed to stand out in front of the Sheriff‘s office on Main Street (at the corner of Houston) and “take no part whatsoever in the security of that motorcade.” Upon hearing the first shot, Craig bolted towards Houston Street. His participation in the formative hours of the investigation during the rest of that day and into the evening included observations and experiences that would have singlehandedly destroyed the entire Warren Commission fabrication before a grand jury or in a U.S. court of law.
